HAR International is an energy consultant and contractor.　HAR's capabilities and experience are fitted into two arms, namely HAR Engineering and HAR Consultants Ltd.

HAR Engineering is an engineering contractor for all kinds of energy related E&M contracts, energy saving and energy auditing projects, enhancement of energy systems and energy distribution projects.

HAR Consultants provide technical, consulting, and representative services to overseas clients, viz. consulting firms, potential investors and energy utilities who have interests to participate in energy businesses in this region.

On large scale energy or infrastructure projects, HAR would invest in form of joint business ventures, represent utilities and investors, and would provide technical services in feasibility studies, sensitivity and risk analysis, engineering design and specification, financial and engineering modeling, strategic planning, project management and construction supervision.　Clients include investors, overseas consultants, investment bankers, utilities, government authorities, contractors and private developers.
